Blues is everywhere and has adopted all kinds of influences. Maybe the authenticity of the blues consists in it's ability to incorporate different expressions of emotions.Sometimes you can hear Arabic influences together with African rhythmes. Sometimes I change pop and rock songs in blues. I might incorporate Celtic or Dutch folk influences.  

Just my voice and a guitar. It’s so simple. Just as blues is.

Mississippi blues, Hill Country blues, influences from greats like Johnny Shines, J.B. Lenoir, blues shouters too, meanwhile incorporating the person that I am. But still, and always it’s got to be instantly recognizable as BLUES.
